Leading European carrier Lufthansa to fly new B747-8 aircraft on India route




Leading European carrier Lufthansa said Monday it will fly its new B747-8 aircraft on the Delhi-Frankfurt route, and would follow up by introducing it on the Bangalore route.
"Lufthansa passengers travelling between Delhi and Frankfurt will soon fly in unprecedented comfort and style in the most recent aircraft to enter service worldwide. From Aug 6, 2012, Lufthansa is going to serve this route with its latest global fleet member - the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental (B747-8)," Axel Hilgers, South Asia director, Lufthansa
