Kawasaki has unveiled the 2013 Ninja 250R - Features, Photographs, Specification, Looks, Engine, Price & Estimate of launch in India

Kawasaki has unveiled the 2013 Ninja 250R, which gets massive updates all around. The Japanese automaker will start sales of the updated Ninja 250R in global markets by the end of the year.

The Kawasaki Ninja 250R is the world's best selling 250cc motorcycle for almost 20 years now. There has been absolutely no competition for the bike until recently when the Honda CBR250R was launched.

The 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 250R gets changes to the styling as well as underneath the skin. The bike looks so much better now and the changes are expected to improve the way it rides as well.

On the styling front, Kawasaki has given the Ninja 250R twin headlights along with a new fairing, muffler and tail section. The Ninja 250R also gets new alloy wheels with a new and unique design pattern

The fairing of the Ninja 250R has been re-worked to make it more aerodynamic. The company has also made changes to reduce vibrations and ensure better heat dissipation from the engine.

The 2013 Ninja 250R weighs the same as before but the ABS equipped model is heavier by 2 kgs. The company has also brought in new dual tone colours on the Ninja 250R.
Currently Kawasaki sells the Ninja 250R in India through Bajaj Probiking showrooms (now KTM showrooms). The company sells less than 80 bikes a month but this could change with the launch of the 2013 Ninja 250R.

The Kawasaki Ninja 250R is currently priced at around Rs. 3.1 lakhs (on-road). With the launch of the new model, one can expect the prices to increase owing to the depreciating Rupee.
